- 1kg pork loin or pork belly
- 2 lemongrass stalks
- 1 garlic
- 1 onion
- 35g brown sugar
- 12g pepper
- 25ml fish sauce
- 20ml soy sauce
- 15ml cooking oil
1. Preliminary Preparation of Meat Seasoning Mix
You puree lemongrass, dried onion, garlic and brown sugar.
Mix the above mixture with fish sauce, with a little soy sauce and cooking oil to make a marinade to make the meat more fragrant. If you like spicy food, you can add 1 teaspoon of satay to the mix!
2. How to Marinate Meat
You cut the meat into pieces about 1cm thick, then use a knife to lightly chop the meat until tender. Add the above spices and mix well with the meat for about 30 minutes to infuse.

3. Grilled Meat
Turn on the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and then put the meat into the grill. Or you can grill with charcoal stove. Bake the meat in the oven for about 15 minutes, turn it over and continue baking until the meat is almost golden brown.
Place the meat on a plate and enjoy. You can eat lemongrass grilled meat with white rice, roll it with raw vegetables or eat it like grilled pork vermicelli.
