You often hear about crab soup, shrimp soup, or pumpkin soup, but with crab bamboo shoot soup – it may feel a bit strange if you haven’t had the opportunity to try it. Bring the chicken broth to a boil again, drop in the asparagus and the peeled quail eggs. Slowly pour in the egg, stirring with chopsticks to form beautiful white streaks. Next, add the crab meat along with the chicken in one turn.
